Unlike traditional agencies or freelancers, we don't charge per hour or per project. This means you can submit unlimited requests per month, and we will get through them one by one. However, the main difference between the Support & Growth plans is the amount of resources and priority we apply against those changes. The Support plan is designed for clients who have a need for on-going Webflow support, whereas the Growth plan is for more advanced projects with tighter timelines. Which plan you pick comes down to the needs of your business, but either way, the benefit of both is that you get round-the-clock Slack support without worrying about being billed hourly for every single change or request you make.
Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.
